Juan Soto becomes 2nd youngest player to hit WS HR in 1st WS game- 10/22/19 (102/142)

In Game 1 of the 2019 World Series, Nationals superstar Juan Soto became the second-youngest player in MLB history to hit a home run in his first World Series game. Soto sent a booming 417-foot shot off Astros ace Gerrit Cole over the train tracks in left field at Minute Maid Park three days before his 21st birthday. Only 19-year-old Andruw Jones of the Atlanta Braves (1996) was younger. With the blast, Soto also became the fourth-youngest player to hit a home run in a World Series game, joining Jones, Miguel Cabrera (20 years, 187 days), and Mickey Mantle (20 years, 352 days).
