Craig Biggio gets hit in final game- 9/30/2007 (80/142)

On September 30, 2007, with 43,823 fans in attendance, Craig Biggio took the diamond for the final time in his 20-year Hall of Fame career. Biggio, who spent the entirety of his major league career with the Houston Astros, went 1-for-4 with his 668th career double. The 3,000-hits club member would later receive an emotional standing ovation as he exited the field in the eighth inning.
