In a nail biter of a game between the Chicago Cubs and Pittsburgh Pirates, Hall of Famer Billy Williams stepped into the batter's box in the bottom of the ninth with the score tied at two and teammate Don Kessinger in scoring position at second base. Williams singled to left field, driving in Kessinger to deliver a 3-2 walk-off win for the Cubs.
